What to do when the customer does not receive a confirmation email.
 
#1 - Have the customer check their "Spam" folder first. Sometimes the confirmation eMail message gets flagged by their eMail provider.
 
#2 - If that does not work:
1. Ask the customer for their confirmation number
2. Login to the hotel scheduling system and lookup their booking.
3. Validate with the customer that we have the correct email address.
4. Press the "Re-Send Confirmation eMail" button.
 
#3 - If that does not work:
1. Copy the confirmation information
2. Open your Outlook and Paste in the confirmation information and send it to them manually.
